The perfect workout for any new mum.  Bring your baby along and do a one hour-long 'new mum' safe workout.  The session covers core restore, pelvic floor exercises and strength exercises to help you be stronger for your new role as a mum.  Performed in a 'circuit' style class will also help with post natal fat loss too.  This is a really friendly and fun class suitable for mums who are past the 6 week mark for natural birth or the 12 week mark for C-section.

Happy Body Project - Holistic Core Restore HEAT

Holistic Core Restore is the perfect fat burning class for new-ish mums or ladies wanting to exercise in a low impact way.  HEAT is a pelvic floor friendly, low impact, but FAT BURNING class conducted over a 6 week course which covers exercise, nutrition, self-care, flexibility and pelvic floor and core care.

This is a fantastic weights based pelvic floor friendly class. It's the ultimate workout to improve strength and body tone whilst keeping your core and pelvic floor engaged correctly. It is perfect for the 'not so new' mums who want a sweaty workout whilst still being mindful of their core muscles. We squat, dead lift, swing kettle bells and do lunges in this sweaty 45 minute long class.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a 55 minute class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. The music and moves change frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
