is passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to all ages and bodies and
promises not to make you bend like a pretzel (unless you want to!). Keeley has
a background in psychology and experience as a mental health practitioner, and
so her classes have a strong focus on mental as well as physical wellbeing. Her
yoga classes incorporate a variety of yogic styles, breath techniques,
mindfulness, and meditation. All ages and abilities are welcome, including
wheelchair users. In her chair yoga classes there is no need to get up and down
from the floor as all poses are performed on a chair. Whilst the class is
performed seated, there are plenty of options to make it as challenging as
you like and strengthen the body. Keeley is a 200-hour qualified mat yoga
teacher, a specialist trained chair yoga teacher, a qualified Accessible Yoga
Teacher, a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, and a yoga therapist in
training. If you have concerns over the affordability of the class please
contact Keeley to discuss options.

STRONG by Zumba -
Tuesdays - Saxon Hall 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. It combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a 55 minute class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. The music and moves change frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
